It was important that we had a platform where we could put all this COVID information in. And LiveBinders was the solution.

It was the perfect place to stick all these resources. And all we would do is email a specific tab link, or we would send the whole binder to our patients. As COVID started, there were a lot of questions. The information was changing so quickly, people didn’t know what to trust. Even now the quarantine recommendations and exposure recommendations are still changing.

We knew that as frontline workers, we were going to have to go into the communities and say, OK, we’re going to give you the information up-to-date as quickly as we can and I feel like creating the COVID Resource Guide LiveBinders was one of the first things we did right.
