This person should understand the team’s goals and make sure that the team is doing everything required by the rubric. If someone is fired they will take any work that they have completed with them and the group is responsible for recreating that work. A fired team member is responsible for completing the project on his/her own. Peer evaluations will still be done according to the original team member. Rules for firing must include some form of written communication (such as email) and keeping teachers informed.
