Team Roles: All members must work together to complete the project and scaffolding activities, each member will also be responsible for ensuring that a specific area of the project is completed. Role Team Member (Full Name) Team Manager This person is in charge of keeping team members on task and keeping track of the work that each team member is doing. This person will facilitate discussion among team about project work and will take the lead in handling disputes including team discipline issues. If the team has questions for the teacher this person will ask. If teachers need to get information out to teams they will share with this person. This person should understand the team’s goals and make sure that the team is doing everything required by the rubric. This person should have strong critical thinking skills and be detail oriented. laith zimmer Editor This person will take everyone’s research/work from Google sites and summarize/synthesize into the final product. If someone is fired they will take any work that they have completed with them and the group is responsible for recreating that work. A fired team member is responsible for completing the project on his/her own. Peer evaluations will still be done according to the original team member. Rules for firing must include some form of written communication (such as email) and keeping teachers informed.
