Dance Choreography Assignment
Students will use the resources and instructional materials in this LiveBinder to create an original piece of choreography in the genre of their choice, connected to a theme. You will be working over the next several weeks on a solo choreography assignment. In order to complete the assignment successfully, you will create a theme using an inspiration board from the Canva website. This theme/board will inspire an initial dance phrase that will be the basis for the rest of your piece. Your will perform your dance in-progress weekly for your peers for feedback. Once your solo is complete, you will use iMovie to document your work, and create a Screencast commentary of your work that explains your choreographic process.
