I am Jennifer Kitchen. I am an aspiring Library Media Specialist. I have over thirteen years experience working in the education field. I am currently working at West Carter Middle School as a special education teacher. I have created this binder as part of my exit requirements but I also plan to use this binder in my everyday LMC planning and instruction. I have organized my portfolio using tabs for each standard. Within each standard are the artifacts that support that standard. There are also some with rationale included for that artifact. Also included in my portfolio are my practicum evaluations, reflections, weekly journal entries, and hours at each placement on my home tab.
