Marine Science Honors
The goal of the Marine Science Honors course is to provide students with the scientific principles, concepts, and methodologies required to understand the interrelationships of the marine environment. Students will gain knowledge in the chemical, physical, and geological aspects of the marine environment, as well as a detailed study of the major marine phyla, and marine communities. Environmental Academy students will also be able to apply knowledge learned last year while learning new field, laboratory, and statistical skills.
