Civic Mentor / U.S. / Sub-Culture / Filipino Americans (draft)
The Civic Mentor / ELMS Department (of the Mentor Enterprises / ELMS) aims to eventually examine all the sub-cultures that comprise the American populace -- and present an evolving reference manual on each -- so as to promote deeper mutual understanding and respect, a stronger sense of nationhood, and a better appreciation of the challenges and contributions surrounding their existence among us. This manual constitutes the prototype of the "Sub-cultures" presentation-model. As, with all objects of the Corporate product-service mix -- this is a continuing work in progress (from rough to smooth stages) -- and is helping to define a design standard for the other similar outputs. The life-cycle of this manual is managed by the US Division / Sub-Cultures Subdivision of the Civic Mentor/ELMS Department.
