ESOL programming coordination guidance for administrators, coordinators and site based Language Proficiency Assessment Committees (LPACs). Our goal is to ensure that schools serving Language Minorities and their families have access to all the information they need to understand and appropriately coordinate and monitor ESOL procedures for Identification, placement, instructional support, monitoring and reclassification of English Learners at the building level in conjunction with OCR, ADE and LRSD guidelines.
