Tab 6 -- Using a Binder for Competitive Analysis
Using a Binder for Competitive Analysis
I've done competitive analysist for over 25 years, and this is by far the easiest way to track and deliver competitive analysis.

You can insert your competitors webpages in different tabs and subtabs and include your comments and positioning right next to them - just like this.

For example, put a key competitor's home page in a tab, then put their pricing page in  subtab with your comments. I have even uploaded screen-shots of competitor's pages into subtabs so that I could comment along the side. I can't tell you how much easier this is than creating a word document!

You can make the binder private and add a pass key so that the binder can  be shared with those that you choose.
