This binder is my collection of cross-rib roast recipes.  The one in the first tab is my favorite, but I use a lower cooking temperature because I use grassfed beef.

The cross rib roast is a fabulous cut of beef.  If you haven't tried it before, you definitely need to!

I have to warn you that if you order beef from the Lazy 69 Ranch, you may never buy grocery store beef again.  The fact that it is sustainably farmed is great, but the flavor is fantastic!

I always order the 1/10 beef.  It comes in great small packages perfect for my family of four.  At first I was overwhelmed by the amount of hamburger. But this hamburger is like nothing you have tasted before - very lean and flavorful -  and I use it in everything.  I now run out of the hamburger first!
