Green efforts

Tab 0 -- Intro
Keeping green these days
Thanks to my daughter's 4th grade environmental awareness project, our family is turning back to our 'green' roots.

Convenience is not always the best way!

This binder is a collection of websites concerning biodegradable products and other 'green' health issues.

We'll continue to add items as we find them.

Enjoy!

Tab 9 -- Questioning green efforts
It's good to question

It would be interesting to read some reports from scientists in the field who disagree with the 'global warming' forecast.

Lawrence Solomon seems to be the most forward advocate for this argument and he has written a book on the matter and other articles that are mentioned on this website.

I wonder if the toxic waste produced by battery charged cars are worse for the environment than gas fumes.  I also wonder if using bio-fuel is really a better alternative.  The idea of turning food crops into fuel crops seems wasteful in itself.  Think of the amount of land we would have to plunder to make enough fuel to fit the world's consumption needs...How much to airlines require for example?

Lots of questions - that we should think about before we make drastic measure like choosing hybrid cars vs fuel efficient cars...
